Something of interest...
I read this on CNN today.
""It is not always easy to explain the close bonds that develop between soldiers, particularly on operations, but it is a form of love, and a Gurkha community is especially close-knit. Lex was loved by us all," Bourne said in remarks provided by the Defense Ministry."

What are your thoughts? Do you think it is a form of love?
Mr. Bogart

Re: Something of interest...
I think it is, because the soilders have spent a very hard and long time together and they had been through a lot of things that we ordinary people don't go through. During those time, they developed friendship, which is a form of love. When they soilders find life difficult, they don't have their family their with them, only the other soilders which is like a whole big family. Sometimes they would have arguements for sure, but they're still a big family. So when "Lex" died, they were very sad to loose a great friend and a family member. But sometimes soilders would not want to have a close connection to other soilders because they don't want to be very sad when they passed away, but I don't think it would happen because they would develop a close connection through the time they're together.
