How can you prevent the flu?

As spring has come,
many diseases are increased.
So, what will you do to prevent the flu?
I will take care myself well including my eating habit and the clothings I wear.
Um....also I will not walk too close with the one who sick.
Then, how about you?

Yes! Sleep enough is very important for us!
My mum told me that I got sick today is definitely because I don't get enough sleep!

I wore mask during lessons last few days and avoid being close to those that are sick.
However, I finally got the flu on the first day of holiday!!!
I 'm coughing and having a fever. I also can't attend the exchange programme to Singapore due to the flu!! I'm terrified!

i really wish that we can have longer holiday!!!!
