MOOSE!!!!!

Today we were talking about the hunting lodge in class that appeared in The Star of Kazan and we had about trophy hunting. Well the moose is one of the largest animal you can hunt in Canada. We were discussing it so I thought I would post a web link so you can find out how amazing they really are.

I think they are quite elegant instead,
I would like to have a real look to the mooses!

The mooses in the pictures are not really that big I think......

But I have never seen a real moose before,,,,,,

If I can take a look at it,,, I think that it would be very interesting if it is in a cage.....

I found this information from the internet:

1) Also, on average, an adult moose stands 1.8–2.1 m (6–7 ft) high at the shoulder. Males weigh 380–535 kg (850–1180 pounds) and females weigh 270–360 kg (600–800 pounds).

2) The largest of the moose is the Alaskan subspecies (Alces alces gigas), which can stand over 2.1 m (7 ft) in height, with a span across the antlers of 1.8 m (6 ft). Typically, however, the antlers of a mature specimen are between 1.2 m (3.9 ft) and 1.5 m (4.9 ft).

Wow! I think that the moose looks a bit small in the photos because no one would like to go near to a moose so as to take a picture! It risks your life!

But I really want to have a close look to the moose !
It must be very exciting!! 0_o
